The bill (Reg. No. 2374а) suggests change the order of allocating rental payment for water bodies (their parts) to local budgets that are leased by the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, oblast, regional, Kyiv and Sevastopol city state administrations and bodies and bodies of local self-government.
Committee noted that the bill was elaborated in order to bring in line provisions of the Budget and Water Codes of Ukraine.
Clause 4 of section I of the bill establishes that rental payment for water bodies (their parts) is allocated in accordance with clause 15 of part one of article 69 of the Budget Code.
Committee took the decision to recommend the Verkhovna Rada adopt the draft law as a basis and in entirety, following the results of the first reading and with consideration of excluding clause 4 of section I of the bill.
